- Pickup Services: Pickup is not available. All orders are fulfilled through shipping only.
- Installation: Optional professional setup is available on request and should be arranged in advance of the event date.

Artwork and file setup
Artwork can be submitted conveniently via WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, email, or directly through the Upload Artwork button on the product page. If you do not have print-ready artwork prepared, our in-house creative team is on hand to assist — simply request design help before or during checkout and we will guide you through the process.
Once your artwork has been submitted, we will prepare a complimentary 2D mockup so you can see exactly how your design will appear on the finished reception desk before production begins. To request this, use the "Request Free 2D Mockup Image" button at the top of the page, and our team will show you how the display will look in a real-world setting.
