Standard Table Covers

Standard Table Covers from Backdropsource are custom printed polyester table covers for trade shows, events and exhibitions. They are made from 100% polyester fabric at 260 GSM with a wrinkle resistant finish. Full colour dye sublimation printing gives high-definition, vibrant graphics. The fabric is machine washable, portable and lightweight. Each cover comes with a carry bag and is available in three sizes, with a 3 sided or 4 sided style.

What is a Standard Table Covers?

Standard Table Covers are custom printed polyester covers that fit over a table at a trade show, event or exhibition. Backdropsource makes them from 100% polyester fabric at 260 GSM with a wrinkle resistant finish. The graphics are printed in full colour by dye sublimation. They are lightweight, machine washable and come with a carry bag, so you can move them between venues and reuse them.

How to Choose the Right One

  • Measure your table first. Choose Small (1.2m), Medium (1.8m) or Large (2.4m) to match the table length.
  • Check the width and height. All sizes are 76.2cm wide and 73.2cm high.
  • Choose the 3 sided or 4 sided style to suit how your table is used and seen.
  • Prepare your artwork as AI, PSD or PDF at a minimum of 150 DPI in CMYK.
  • Keep key text and logos away from the edges and allow 2.54cm of bleed.
  • Work back from your event date. Allow 24 business hours for production after artwork approval, plus 5 to 7 business days for delivery across France.

How long do production and delivery take? +
Production takes 24 business hours after artwork approval. Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days across France. International shipping is available with customs-ready support. Pickup is not available, as all items are shipped.
What artwork files do I need to send? +
Send AI, PSD or PDF files at a minimum of 150 DPI in CMYK. Add 2.54cm of bleed. You can upload through WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or Email.
Can I see a mockup before printing? +
Yes. We offer a free 2D mockup. Send us your content or files and we will show you how the table cover will look.
