Shipping & Installation
- Domestic Shipping: Free shipping is included on all orders. Once your artwork has been approved and your order confirmed, we print and deliver directly to your specified address.
- International Shipping: International shipping is available and includes customs-ready support to ensure smooth delivery across borders.
- Pickup Services: Pickup is not available. All orders are fulfilled through shipping only.
- Installation: Optional professional setup is available on request and should be arranged in advance of the event date.

Artwork and file setup
Artwork can be submitted conveniently via WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, email, or directly through the Upload Artwork button on the product page. If you do not have artwork ready, our in-house creative team is on hand to assist — simply request design help before or during checkout and we will guide you through the process.
We also offer a complimentary 2D mockup preview so you can see exactly how your design will look on the display before it goes to print. Simply click the "Request Free 2D Mockup Image" button at the top of the page, and our team will prepare a realistic visual representation of your backdrop to give you full confidence before approving your order.
