It is a range of printed fabric counters, reception desks and podiums for trade show booths and events. You use them to greet visitors, hold brochures, show products or display a monitor. Styles include round, oval, rectangle, triangle and square counters, as well as pop up podiums and modular reception stands. Each one carries your graphics on fabric, so the counter matches your booth branding.

How is this range different from trade show backdrops and shelving? +

Counters and podiums are the front of house pieces where staff stand and visitors stop. Backdrops are the large printed walls behind them. Shelving collections focus on product display units. Here you will find reception desks, podiums, pop up counters and light box counters. You can pair a counter with a backdrop from another collection so the whole booth carries one design.

Which counter style should I choose? +

Choose by how you will use it. A reception desk such as the Fabric Event Reception Counter, 2m wide, suits greeting and registration. A pop up counter suits fast setup and frequent travel. A podium suits presentations. A tabletop tower with shelves suits small product displays. Header panel and acrylic shelf versions add branding space and room to show items. What is the difference between backlit and non lit counters? +

Backlit counters have built in lighting behind the fabric graphic, so your artwork glows and stands out in a busy hall. Non lit counters show the same printed fabric without lighting. Examples of backlit options are the Backlit Premium Fabric Counter Display, in 1m, 1.2m and 1.8m widths, and the Backlit Fabric Round Pop Up Counter. Non lit options include the Non-Lit SEG Fabric Display Counter, 1m high.

What does SEG mean on a fabric counter? +

SEG means silicone edge graphic. A silicone bead is sewn around the edge of the fabric, and you press it into a groove in the aluminium frame. The result is a smooth, tight graphic with no visible fixings. This range includes the SEG Fabric Light Box Display Counter, 1m high, the SEG Fabric Pop Up Counter and the SEG Fabric Foldable Display Counter.

What size counter do I need for my booth? +

Match the counter width to the space and to how many staff use it. Products in this range include 1m, 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 2m and 3m wide options. The Fabric Velcro Pop Up Counter comes in 1 x 2 and 2 x 2 formats. Measure your booth, leave clear room for visitors to walk past, and check each product page for exact dimensions.

Can I fold and transport these counters easily? +

Yes, many counters in this range are designed to fold or collapse for travel.
