Shipping & Installation
- Domestic Shipping: Free delivery is included on all orders. Once your artwork has been approved and your order confirmed, it is printed and shipped directly to your specified address.
- International Shipping: International shipping is available and includes customs-ready support to ensure smooth delivery across borders.
- Pickup Services: Pickup is not available. All orders are fulfilled through shipping only.
- Installation: Optional professional setup is available on request and should be arranged in advance of your event date.

Artwork and file setup
Artwork can be submitted conveniently via WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, email, or directly through the Upload Artwork button on the product page. If you do not have print-ready artwork prepared, our in-house creative team is on hand to assist — simply request design help before completing your checkout and we will guide you through the process.
We also offer a complimentary 2D mockup preview so you can see exactly how your design will look on the display before it goes to print.
