Production and delivery:

Our production time on this product is 48 hours and delivery takes 4 to 5 days. However, if you need it quickly, contact us.
The replacement banner will be shipped within 48 hours.
Frames will be shipped within 24 hours.

Guarantee:

This product comes with a standard 2-year warranty against the aluminum frame for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse or regular wear and tear. If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced by Backdropsource. The final replacement decision will be at the discretion of Backdropsource.

All Canvas Source banners are wrinkle resistant and machine washable. Our fabrics do not fade after many washes. Easily foldable and portable, your curved fabric banner will resist wrinkling or wrinkling during many travels and car trips.

Font format: no bleeds, no crop marks, only outline fonts
File: If Photoshop, please provide only a flattened file.
Resolution: 150 dpi resolution at 100% of final print size
File Size: For uploading via website, please ensure the file size remains below 50MB. If the file size exceeds 50MB, please use file sharing systems such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. to download the file and share the URL with us.
