Shipping & Installation
- Domestic Shipping: Free delivery is included on all orders. Once your artwork has been approved and your order confirmed, it will be printed and shipped directly to your specified address.
- International Shipping: International shipping is available and includes customs-ready support to ensure smooth delivery across borders.
- Pickup Services: Pickup is not available. All orders are fulfilled through shipping only.
- Installation: Optional professional setup is available on request and should be arranged in advance of the event date.

Artwork and file setup
Artwork can be submitted via WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, Email, or by using the Upload Artwork button on the product page. If you do not have artwork ready, our in-house creative team is on hand to help design your graphics from scratch or work from your existing brand assets.
Once your artwork has been received, we will prepare a free 2D mockup preview so you can see exactly how your display will look before it goes to print. To request this, simply click the "Request Free 2D Mockup Image" button at the top of the page and our team will be in touch.
