Manufacturing and delivery:

Our production time is 48 hours while our delivery time is 3 to 4 days.
However, if you need a product quickly, do not hesitate to contact us.
The replacement banner will be shipped within 48 hours.
Frames will be shipped within 24 hours.

Guarantee :

This product comes with a standard 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in aluminum frames. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or normal wear and tear. If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced by Contextsource. The final replacement decision will be at the discretion of Contextsource.

FABRIC CARE:

All Backdrop Banners are wrinkle resistant and machine washable. Our fabrics do not fade after many washes. Easily foldable and portable, your curved fabric banner will resist crumbling and wrinkling during many daily commutes and car trips.

Just in case you would like to entrust us with your own designs, we accept them when they meet the following specifications:

File formats: .eps, .png, .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .psd, .cdr, .pdf, .tif, .tiff, .ppt, .ai
Illustration: any size of your choice
Font format: no bleeds, no crop marks, only outline fonts
File: If Photoshop, please provide only a flattened file.
Resolution: 150 dpi resolution at 100% of final print size
File Size: For uploading via website, please ensure the file size remains below 50MB. If the file size exceeds 50MB, please use file sharing systems such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. to download the file and share the URL with us.
